Gregory S. Gefen, Esq. has been practicing law in Florida for over 31 years and founded The Gefen Law Firm in 1995.
Greg obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. Greg has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1991 and is a member of the Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Greg is a member and authorized agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Commonwealth and Old Republic National Title. He is also President and Chief Operating Officer of US Title of Florida and Managing Member of Signature Title Group, LLC, both of which operate under the Law Firm’s umbrella. Greg resides in Boca Raton with his wife Nancy and have been a part of the community for more than thirty years. They have three grown children.

Benjamin Werber graduated from Colgate University in 2006 and received his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011. Ever since then, he has been practicing almost exclusively in the area of real estate, at first in the area of foreclosure litigation and has now brought this expertise to resolving title issues and transactional representation, where he handles residential and commercial real estate closings on behalf of buyers and sellers throughout Florida. Ben resides in Delray Beach with his wife and two children.
